Please review our policies below before your appointment. By booking with dé Beauty Spa, you are accepting these conditions.
Spa Environment
For consideration of all clients, please silence all cellular phones before entering the spa. Thank you in advance for speaking softly while within the spa. Children are not welcome at this time.
Your Comfort
This is your time and you should enjoy your experience to the fullest. Whether it is the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, or volume of music, just tell the therapist.
Service & Satisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied during your service, dé Beauty Spa LLC asks you to please tell the service provider during your service. She would like every opportunity during the service to meet and exceed your expectations, as the spa values you as a client.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, dé Beauty Spa LLC has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel any single scheduled service and 48 hours notice for multiple scheduled services. A 50% cancellation charge will be applied in the absence of adequate notice. A missed appointment will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. I do understand that unavoidable situations do occur and will do my best to work with you in the case of an emergency. However, if last-minute cancellations become habit, you will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointments. We greatly appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late for your appointment and the remaining time is not sufficient to complete your service, we will reschedule your appointment after a percentage of the service charge has been deducted. If you do not appear within the allotted period, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a percentage of the service fee.
Pricing
All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on spa appointments, but if you call beforehand to cancel, we will reschedule for you based on your convenience and use your previous payment for the new appointment. However, if you do not call to cancel or reschedule within the required period, you will lose any payment you have already made. If you cancel in a timely manner, no payment will be taken.
